I wish to teach something that you can carry into your daily life, far beyond the mat.

Hello, I’m Laura

I’m French, born in the 90s, and I live between the East of France and Bangalore, India.

My first encounter with yoga came after I broke my back in 2019 and had to relearn how to inhabit my body. Without realising it, I began meditating for hours, lying on my back and focusing on my breath. I followed YouTube videos, with plenty of alignment mistakes, but I could already feel the benefits of consistency and movement.

In 2024 I completed my first teacher training in Mysore. That is when I understood the value of discipline and of learning under a teacher’s guidance, and discovered the whole world beyond the poses. Since then I have practised and taught Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, bringing chanting, mantras, pranayama and kriyas into my teaching.

What sets my soul on fire is helping you feel your body and soul again, and reconnect with your inner self through mindfulness and intention.

More than a workout

I want to teach an authentic, inclusive yoga: one you can carry into your daily life.

The yoga I share is not only physical exercise. It is open to every level, and it grows over time.

Regular practice matters more than performance. Once, twice or three times a week: everyone finds their own rhythm, and continuity is what moves a practice forward.

A community that practises together

Group class students also stay in touch in a WhatsApp group. People encourage each other between classes, and some have become friends.

Groups stay small so that everyone is seen and supported.
